E-Learning and Web-based Training We consider e-learning to be any type of electronic learning that takes place over the Internet, Intranet, or delivered via standalone CD-ROM or DVD. One form of eLearning is Web-based Training (WBT). WBT classes can be delivered over the Internet or within a company's own Intranet. They can cover very technical subjects or soft skills, which tend to teach interpersonal or customer skills.
	PRODUCT TRAINING EXAMPLE This lesson, developed for Education Management Solutions, demonstrates how to use one feature of their MobilSIM software. This lesson was created using Adobe Captivate. Launch the Lesson (1:01)

	TROUBLESHOOTING WEB-BASED TRAINING Included in this sample are portions of a troubleshooting class developed for Motorola using Articulate Presenter, Engage, Adobe Captivate, and Audacity. Launch the Class (3:46)

	PROCESS TRAINING This portion of a proprietary training class for Pfizer uses Articulate Presenter and Adobe Captivate to teach a Regulatory Affairs process. Launch the Training (2:55)

Self-paced Training Self-paced training may take the form of paper-based student workbooks or multimedia presentations and demonstrations. Job Aid Job aids are training tools that assist people in performing their jobs.

Instructor-led We can work with your trainers and subject-matter experts to develop instructor-led training courses. Materials might include trainers guides, student guides, demonstration materials, evaluation and testing tools, and student experience modules based on realistic scenarios. Blended Learning Blended learning is a combination of approaches to learning. It may include, but isn't limited to, combining eLearning with face-to-face classes, telephone sessions, and even email correspondence.	This blended learning class includes a paper-based student workbook, two multimedia demonstrations, a link to a reference Web site, and quizzes. When this class was live, the students had the ability to email an instructor/mentor at any time. The contents of this paper-based workbook and the first few paragraphs of each module can be downloaded in Microsoft Word. This class will soon be available as a web-based eLearning class.
