The following is an unsolicited letter from a client at IBM.

"I wanted to write and thank you for your exceptional ID support and teaming capabilities which helped in the success of most of my projects!

I also wanted to take this opportunity to provide informal assessment for you which you can use for your future engagements within IBM or outside:

John Zuchero was assigned to my team to help with my projects as a Instructional Designer (ID) to develop web based courses for a commercial client. One thing that struck me right away was that he had that sense of ownership, and leadership capabilities which would make any manager comfortable that the work will now be taken care of! This is a remarkable skill and personality trait that John possesses which makes him one of the best resources out there. Then to top that, his Instructional Designer skills, knowledge, attention to detail and understanding of client needs was exceptional. He also had great time management skills - so all his work was always on time and of great quality. His work always passed QA without an issue!

He proved himself the best ID and we then requested him to mentor other IDs in our teams which meant extra work on top of his own assignments, but he accepted and was a very good mentor to all. To me personally he was my "go-to" ID whenever I was faced with any course related issues which needed a resolution or if I needed any help with another ID's work.

John was very flexible in accepting all the work and helped even over the weekends when we needed to make aggressive time-lines. He did take all his planned vacations, but had organized his work so well that his absence didn't hinder our progress.

I have the world to say about his ID and teaming skills, but in short, he was by far the best ID I have ever worked with and he will be an asset to any team which he will be part of!

Regards,
Natasha K
