experience in developing award-winning training and documentation for the
computer and pharmaceutical industries and in the biological sciences.

Training John Zuchero M.Ed. is the principal of Zuchero Communications and has over 25 years of experience in designing instruction in biology education, computer software and hardware, and soft skills. Traditional training may be delivered as instructor-led courseware, self-paced training, or eLearning. Technical Communication Zuchero also has experience in technical communication as a technical writer creating task-based user guides, manuals, reference guides, online help and multimedia demonstrations. Patents Working with inventors and attorneys, Zuchero has written over 30 patents for computer software and hardware.
